We Are Esports was responsible for all aspects of project management for MEO, from the initial planning stages to the final execution. We worked closely with Red Bull to ensure that the tournament met their high standards.
As mobile esports’ popularity may vary in different regions, the preparation for Red Bull MEO also had to be approached with an angle from those regions. The smooth communication and logistical arrangements made with the regional organizers and 3rd parties were a crucial factor that allowed us to turn this into a successful series.
